We are thrilled to introduce the latest addition to the Manatee County Habitat for Humanity family, Chad Manausa, an esteemed attorney from the law firm of Grimes Galvano.
With a heart dedicated to community service, Chad’s journey with Habitat for Humanity began in Tallahassee, where he volunteered extensively growing up. “I have many great memories working with Habitat and will never forget seeing the joy on the family’s face during my first build,” he shared. Upon relocating to Manatee County, there was no hesitation for Chad – he immediately chose to reconnect with Habitat, inspired by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of his new community members.
Bringing a diverse background that spans from donning the mascot suit in Minor League Baseball to navigating complex legal disputes at the Federal Court level, Chad embodies a unique blend of problem-solving skills and enthusiasm. His goal as a Manatee County Habitat for Humanity board member is clear: “to ensure that every time someone interacts with us, they come away knowing the future is bright for Manatee County,” he said. Chad’s commitment to making safe, affordable housing a reality, coupled with his genuine love for swinging a hammer, reflects the passion and dedication that will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of Habitat’s mission in Manatee County.
